Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Integration Developer

Primary Skills: Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, C#, .NET, REST APIs, Azure Integration Role Overview We're modernizing our CRM cloud platform and need an experienced D365 CRM Developer to customize Dynamics 365 CE, modernize legacy APIs into RESTful services, and integrate our CRM/order management ecosystem with a new K1 billing platform (replacing Mine). You'll also help assess the V2 Ordering Portal's transition as the billing architecture evolves. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize & maintain D365 CRM/CE: plugins, workflows, custom actions, business rules, Power Automate flows
- Work with Dataverse (entities/tables, forms, views, security roles, BPFs)
- Build integrations between D365 and external enterprise applications
- Modernize legacy APIs into secure, scalable RESTful services (C#, .NET, Web API, JSON, OAuth 2.0)
- Analyze existing V2 Ordering Portal ↔ CRM ↔ Mine integrations; support migration to K1
- Assess V2 Ordering Portal dependencies and recommend migrate/redesign/integrate/retire
- Implement authentication, authorization, error handling, logging, API security
- Troubleshoot D365, API, and third-party integration issues
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
- Document APIs, integration flows, dependencies, and technical architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 CRM/CE, Online/Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
- C#/.NET plugin development; JavaScript/TypeScript for form customization
- Power Automate & Power Platform
- REST/Web APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, API security
- Legacy-to-RESTful API modernization experience
- OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
- Integration error handling, logging, monitoring, retry mechanisms
- Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management
- Experience with billing/ordering/subscription/customer account platforms
- Legacy-to-cloud modernization background
- Experience refactoring existing portals/APIs
- Multi-environment (Dev/UAT/Prod) D365 deployment experience

Job Description:
- Candidate should have 2 years of industry experience
- Knowledge of UNIX Operating systems like Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Ubuntu/SUSE and Solaris.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and indepth knowledge in Unix operation - Administration of physical and virtual infrastructure UNIX based hosts in complex heterogeneous environments.
- Candidate should have experience in Batch queuing technologies/LSF
- Experience in Virtualization technologies (VMWare)
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
- Good experience with DBMS
- Exposure to Lab equipment like Lauterbach trace32
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
