FLUTTER DEVELOPER

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build and deliver production-ready applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Convert Figma/UI/UX designs into responsive and pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
• Implement appropriate state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or equivalent.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Follow established architecture and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for performance, stability, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve application issues, crashes, and production defects.
• Work with local storage, databases, authentication, notifications, and other mobile-specific functionality.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and services when required.
• Implement secure handling of API communication, authentication, and sensitive application data.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests where appropriate.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Work with Git-based version control and follow branching/release practices.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Monitor production issues and provide timely fixes and improvements.
• Participate in technical discussions, estimation, planning, and architecture decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of professional software/mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, animations, and lifecycle.
• Experience building and maintaining Android and iOS applications using Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of state management patterns such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or similar.
• Strong experience with REST API integration and JSON.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, Futures, Streams, and isolates.
• Experience with Firebase services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.
• Experience with local storage/database solutions such as SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences, or similar.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience debugging and optimizing Flutter applications.
• Understanding of Android and iOS build/release processes.
• Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Good understanding of responsive UI development across different screen sizes and devices.
• Good knowledge of application security and secure API integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, Codemagic, or similar tools.
• Experience with native Android/iOS development or understanding of Kotlin/Swift.
• Experience integrating payment gateways.
• Experience with push notifications and deep linking.
• Experience with maps/location-based services.
• Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication.
• Experience working with GraphQL.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience handling App Store and Play Store releases independently.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
