This is the traditional model where eDynamic executes work on a per project basis. In this model the clients outsource the entire project to eDynamic. They can select eDynamic resources that are on-shore, near-shore, offshore or a customized blend of the three.

Here the client manages customer communication, and eDynamic conceptualizes, designs, develops and test the application. Generally, eDynamic methodologies are used to execute the project but in case required client specific methodologies may also be used. All project management tasks are handled by eDynamic.
